  Many years ago, when Steve first started his State Farm agency, and he only had one or two employees, I switched my insurance to him because he provided a level of service that I had not experienced before. They would go the extra mile; a phone call to review my policies, a reminder when premiums were coming due, and most of all, personal service with any claims that were made. I would even stop in their office just to visit, because they were so good at making you feel at home. Fast forward to today, Steve has a dozen or so employees, and none of them, not one, has lost that personal touch. When I call there, it doesn't matter who answers the phone; every single one of them knows what they are talking about, and every single one of them genuinely cares about what it is i'm calling about. It is truly unbelievable, and i say that from my heart. I've had to make claims, and never once have I had a problem. I've purchased vehicles, and had them insured the same day. When I purchase a new policy, they search for ways to save me money. Steve and his staff will always do what it takes to make you happy. I confidently refer my family, friends and clients to him for their insurance needs, because I know he will take good care of them.

  Tremendous service from the entire team. As I attempt to educate clients on the importance of reviewing their auto insurance policy, most questions I cannot answer are referred to these guys for a follow up. My clients that work with them always get the answers to their questions, and all of their needs are fulfilled.
